Each Sunday at JinShiTan market, I purchase these incredible mushrooms.
They grow in these beautiful, long stalks. I purchase about twice as much as what's in my hands and it only costs 5 kuai (75¢)!!
I take them home, fry them up with butter, garlic and tofu, and place the mixture over the fresh noodles also purchased at market. Delicious...one of my favorite meals. Here's dinner and lunch for the next day! YUM! At this rate, it won't be long before I gain those 10 pounds back...and then some!!
